Important, please be aware that: When returning a jiffy bag or parcel of HP inkjets, or other usedn HP cartridges, it is advisable that you ask for Proof-of-Postage from tyour Post Office or Royal Mail Depot visited. As we all well know, "There is nothing in life guaranteed apart from death and taxe's", as is said! This applies also to the Freepost returns service offered via the Royal Mail.

Some ink cartridge recyclers confirm they test all inkjets using a machine to seek if any cartridge is non-reusable. Cartridges can damage, especially the foil connector. However, we accept all HP62 ink cartridges as declared for return. This is, providing you have returned your inkjets in sufficient packaging, ie. a padded envelope/jiffy bag or box. Please do not return in an ordinary envelope as this will certainly present insufficient protection in transit.

Finally, we would request you pack in a suitably sized Jiffy/padded envelope as, though postage is FREE to you, your package is charged to us at the size of the package, as well as the weight. We appreciate receiving you inkjets back appropriately packaged.
