Please do not not pack used inkjets in an ordinary paper envelope as this will tear when handled, causing loss or damage of/to them.. Instead, please ensure you use a suitably strong form of packaging such as a jiffy bag, padded envelope or box to avoid this.

Also, can we please request you to package ink cartridges in an appriopriately sized Jiffy/padded envelope or box, as Royal Mail Freepost service is charged to us based on the size of the package, as well as the weight.Thank you.
