This applies to Royal Mail's Freepost service also.

Please do not not pack used inkjets in an ordinary paper envelope as this will tear when handled, causing loss or damage of/to them.. Instead, please ensure you use a suitably strong form of packaging such as a jiffy bag, padded envelope or box to avoid this.
