The Royal Mail Feeepost service provided does not guarantee 100%, the delivery of your parcel or jiffy bag of HP302 empty ink cartridges. Like virtually all other things in life, bar death and taxe's, nothing is absolutely guaranteed. When returning your parcel via your Post Office or Royal Mail Depot, it is advisable that you obtain a Proof-of-Postage at the checkout.
Unlike some other inkjet recyclers, we accept all HP302 ink cartridges returned. You must, however, have returned your inkjets using insufficient packaging, for example, a padded envelope/jiffy bag or box. Using just a plain non-padded envelope, will almost certainly result in sustained obvious damage. Some ink cartridge recyclers say they test to see if any cartridge is non-reusable. This does happen, especially if the foil connector is damaged. Please ensure this does not happen with yours.
