The Feeepost service provided via Royal Mail/The Post Office is a 2nd Class one, and does not guarantee delivery of a parcel of HP-300XL ink cartridges. As the saying goes, only "death and taxe's are absolutely guaranteed". When returning your parcel via your Post Office counter or Royal Mail Depot please obtain a Proof-of-Postage.
Some ink cartridge recyclers state that they test all inkjets using a machine to seek if any cartridge is non-reusable. Damage can occur, especially to the foil connector. However, we ourselves accept all HP-300XL ink cartridges returned. This is, providing you have returned your inkjets in sufficiently strong packaging, ie. a padded envelope/jiffy bag or box. Please do not return in a plain un-padded envelope as they will certainly get damaged.
Finally, when preparing to pack your ink cartridges for posting, please use an appriopriately sized Jiffy/padded envelope or box: Royal Mail charge their Freepost service to us at the rate of the packag sizee, as well as it's weight.Thank you.
