The Freepost service to you is charged to us by Royal Mail based upon the weight of your parcel, and also it's the size. Please try to ensure to use a carton/padded envelope appropriate to the number of ink cartridges being returned.

Some ink cartridge recyclers state that they test all inkjets using a machine to seek if any cartridge is non-reusable. Damage can occur, especially to the foil connector. However, we ourselves accept all Canon PG-540 ink cartridges returned. This is, providing you have returned your inkjets in insufficient packaging, ie. a padded envelope/jiffy bag or box.
